Systems include but are not limited to electric; ignition, braking, motor, suspension, carburetor or other mechanical or electrical elements of a motorcycle can not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund once sold.
Bidders may not modify the terms and conditions of the items offered for sale in the auction by inserting counter terms within any bid;
Bidding on an offered item represents the Bidders full and complete understanding of the Sellers terms and conditions controlling the item offered in the auction as well as the legal relationship between the parties;
Successful Bidders are required to pay for all shipping & insurance costs as well as all applicable local, state, federal and international taxes. Buyers are responsible for all restocking fees, return shipping fees and any other costs incurred in the event the Seller accepts an item for return;
Successful Bidders must confirm in advance there are no special shipping rules applicable to the domestic or international shipping of used motorcycle parts - all fines, penalties or costs incurred for violations of any applicable shipping or customs regulations shall be the Bidders responsibility;
Bidders are required to specify the correct national or international shipping address with all risk of loss, damage and costs for improper shipment or damage during shipment to be borne by the Buyer;
Seller disclaims all warranties of any kind whether express or implied concerning any item offered for sale in an auction, web ad or otherwise concerning the offered items fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, functionality, compatibility, quality or condition - ALL PARTS OFFERED FOR SALE BY THE SELLER ARE USED AND NO GUARANTEE EXISTS CONCERNING THE QUALITY OR FITNESS OF THE PARTS OFFERED. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE OFFERED UNLESS EXPRESSLY AGREED TO IN WRITING BY THE SELLER;
Buyer irrevocably waiver and releases the Seller for any right to claim damages for any and all losses, personal injury, or any other type of direct, special or incidental damages associated with the use, installation, dismantling or misuse of any parts offered for sale in the auction. The Bidders assume all risk of loss, death, injury, or damages of any kind for improper installation or use of the parts offered in the auction;
It is the bidders obligation to inspect and confirm all parts bid on during the auction are suitable for there intended purpose - THE SELLERS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PARTS OFFERED FOR SALE once the part or system is sold;
PAYMENT TERMS - PAYMENT INCLUDING INSURANCE & SHIPPING COSTS ARE DUE WITHIN XX days after conclusion of the auction.
Despite any language to the contrary on the EBAY or Paypal website in the event a dispute should arise between the Seller (Offeror) and the Buyer (Bidder) the laws of the state of Nevada shall govern and control the course of conduct between the parties. All disputes shall be settled by binding mediation which shall be conducted in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Seller reserves the right to with drawl an item up for auction at anytime for any reason prior to the conclusion of the auction;
